Dry Fly Vs Wet Fly

For many centuries the big question to angles was, Dry flys vs Wet Flys.Frst thing you need to know is the difference in a wet fly and dry fly. First of all a dry fly floats along the top of the watter and you can see your fly all the time you are fishing. But a wet fly on the other hand sinks about 4 inches under the watter and you cant see the fly while you are fishing.

The fly you will be fishing will depend on the type of watter you are fishing, if you plan to fish fast rough watter you sould use a wet fly. The reason for this is so your fly will get down to the depth of the fish. In many cases you should use a dry fly on calm slow deep watter so you can see the fly the whole time and if a fish makes a move for the fly you can see it because there will be a boil in the water thats why a dry fly is good in still watter so you can see all the action of the fly.

In my experience with fishing the wet fly and dry fly i really love fishing both types. But in my oppion i would have to say i like the dry fly better becasue you get more action out of your fly and can see if a fish moves for your fly at all. also it is really cool to see your fly floating alone the top of the river. but the wet dly has many good points also because you have no idea when the fish is going to take all you feel is a big hit on your fly and the watter boils, then you no you have him on. also when fishing a dry fly you are more lickley not to hook the fish that good because when a fish takes the dry fly you have to set the hook and many people pull the hook to hard and pull it right out of the fishes mouth or not set the hook hard enough and the hook comes loose

So the next time you are out fishing the beautyfull miramichi river and you get a chance to fish wet and dry fly try both types and let me no what you think?

Poverty

The name of the arcticle that i read was poverty, i found this arcticle on the website teanink.com.
The author of this story is Peng D and Albany, NY. When reading the story "Poverty" I found that during the first paragraph of the story the author did a really good job of getting the main point out first thing, so you understand what the main topic is. When i first started reading this arcticle it really caught my attention when the author starts talking about " Enjoying your new shoes and clothes? Enjoying your food, coffee, and leather couches? Well, as we sit comfortably here in the U.S., think about the rest of the world where our great wonders and daily supplies come from". This story is a five paragraph story on poverty.

Fatkat

Before i never payed much attention to what was out there for animation. Little did I no that there was some one in the miramichi who was right into the animation and very good at it some things i liked about the fatkat videos i found them funny in quite a few ways. Most cartoons you see today they are just for children but some of these videos are mostly for adults.
Some questions i have for the fatkat animation company is:
Q: What gave you the insperation to start the videos?
Q: How long have you been doining the kind of work?
Q: Did you allways want to do this kind of work?

Salmon Fishing Responce

The reason I have chosen this video was to show people how eash it is and how much fun it can be to fishing the alantic salmon. It is such a wonderfull sport i wish more people could withness the experence when the fish takes your hook. one thing I really injoyed about this video was how there was no anoying music in the background driving us crazy. Also I love how they do such a good job with the camera so we can see the fish as soon as he takes.

Five Basic Steps for Fly Fishing

As you set out in search of a big Atlantic salmon, there are many things you may do to try and improve your chance of landing the big guy.
First of all, you must tie on the proper fly for the type of water you may be fishing. In my previous years of fishing the Atlantic salmon a fly that has always worked well for me was the size 10 green machine with crystal flash for a tail. That is your first step, to choose the proper fly which you will be fishing.
The next thing you must do is to take the fly off the end of your rod and start letting out line until you have out about 17 feet. After this, you should keep hauling line out of your reel while casting until you have a comfortable amount to fish with.
One more thing to improve your chances of hooking a salmon is when you make a cast you should cast your line slightly down from you. The reason fishermen do this is so your fly will get lots of action in its swing and make the fly look more lifelike. After your fly is just about done its swing you should start pulling it in toward you again. This way the fly never stops moving from the time it hits the water until it’s in the air.
Sometimes fish won’t take the fly. They will just take a look at it and at the last minute change their mind because the fly just didn’t look right. So if you ever roll a fish the best thing to do is try the exact same cast in the same place one more time. If nothing happens that time you should take 3 steps back up river. Try the fish once more and just keep fishing like you were before. If nothing happens that time you could simply change your fly and cast slightly up river from where the fish was before. This makes your fly swing a little faster and presents it different to your fish. This almost always works.
So the next time you're out in the river wondering why that salmon won't take, just think about what I just told you and I guarantee you if you follow the steps in my article, you will have a lot better luck fishing the Atlantic Salmon.
